What can I do in the park?
Almost all of Toverland and most of its attractions are accessible to visitors with disabilities.
Depending on your wristband and whether you visit the park independently or accompanied, different guidelines apply. We advise reading through these carefully, perhaps even before your visit. Take a look at the clear accessibility chart in advance.
• Follow on-site signage in the park with a clearly recognizable wheelchair icon.
• Through alternative entrances (often the exit), you can access these attractions with your wristband. This also applies to your companions. This separate waiting area is not designed as a meandering pathway and is stimulus-free as much as possible.
• A lift is available at some attractions.

• Drakenslangen: guidance is possible if your collective weight does not exceed 100 kg.

How do I visit an attraction?
Almost all attractions have an alternative entrance. You then usually visit the attraction via the exit, and you therefore don’t need to wait in the regular queue. This alternative entrance does not give priority: it does not necessarily mean that it is your turn immediately or that the waiting time for this entrance is shorter.
Facilities alternative entrance:
• This queue does not have a meandering character, so you often wait in a single room or corridor.
• This queue therefore has less stimuli.
• Physical obstacles may be present, such as stairs.
• These attractions feature a lift.
Check the accessibility chart for each attraction to see how many stairs a queue contains and if there are other things to consider.

Additional useful information
Safety
For safety reasons, it is not possible to enter an attraction with a large group of visitors with reduced mobility in the event of an evacuation. Large groups are therefore divided into smaller groups.
Toilets
All our toilets are wheelchair accessible, except in Ithaka (near the exit of Troy). All our toilets for guests with reduced mobility are equipped with a table, for any additional help. These areas are located in or near the toilets.
Restaurants and shops
All our restaurants and shops are accessible to guests and wheelchairs. In the Maximus' Blitzpunkt & Trojaanse Schatten, the size of these shops means there is less room to move around.
