Lockers
Lockers in which you can store away your coats and bags can be rented in Port Laguna and next to Sim sa la Klim in Land van Toos. The locker can be used throughout the day for €2,-.
Announcement system
The park's announcement system can only be used in case of emergencies.
Picknick spots
It is permitted to bring your own food. There are park benches everywhere in the park.
WiFi
Free WiFi is available at the restaurants Magische Medina in Land van Toos, Waldstube in Wunderwald and Katara Plaza in Magische Vallei.
Supervisors
In certain attractions it's only possible for children up to a certain height to be admitted if they are under adult supervision (1 on 1 supervision).
