Our opening hours vary daily, so please check the calendar for the current opening hours.

Themepark Toverland is located between Eindhoven and Venlo. Are you coming to Toverland by car? Use Google Maps to navigate.

• We have a large parking lot.
• To leave the parking lot, you need a parking ticket.
• These can be purchased in our online ticket shop or in the park.
• You can easily scan your (online) ticket when leaving.
• There are also charging stations available for electric cars.

In our main parking lot, we have a special Kiss & Ride area. This involves the company visiting Toverland walking to the entrance via the boardwalk. 

• Attractions may be temporarily closed during your visit.
• When it comes to planned maintenance, you can find this in the opening hours calendar. Disruptions or closed attractions can be seen on a daily basis in the Toverland app.
• Attractions may be (temporarily) closed due to weather conditions or other factors.

• Thanks to the Baby Switch, you will never have to wait twice.
• At the station, you will receive a special ticket.

• Are you visiting an attraction alone? Then you can use the Single Rider queue.
• Seats are assigned.

• Taking pictures of and in attractions is almost always possible.
• Check the guidelines for taking onride pictures in the attractions.
• Employees always have the final decision-making authority.

• Toverland is predominantly smoke-free.
• Smoking is only permitted in the 7 smoking zones, which applies to all forms of smoking, including e-cigarettes and vapes.
• The zones can be found in the Toverland app and map.

• Want to store your coats and/or bags? Use the lockers in Port Laguna and Land van Toos.
• You can use the locker unlimitedly for €2,-.

• Toilet use in Toverland is free.
• Many toilets are also suitable for visitors with a disability.
• Many toilets are also equipped with changing facilities.

You can use the free Toverland WiFi network in almost the entire park.

• Pets are not allowed in Toverland Theme Park.
• Assistance or guide dogs are allowed.

• Lost something in Toverland? Annoying! First report to the Guest Service.
• Are you already home? Then fill in the form online.
• Found something in the park? Hand it in to one of the employees or to a souvenir shop.

• You can use your debit card at the entrance, at every catering point and at all souvenir shops.
• Want to withdraw cash? Please report to the Guest Service.

• In Port Laguna, Land van Toos and next to Katara Plaza there is a first aid room for plasters or other first aid in case of accidents.
• Talk to one of our employees.
• The park has several AEDs.

• All toilets (except the toilets in Ithaka) have baby changing facilities.
• Want to warm up bottle feeding? Use the free microwaves at the Waldstube or Katara Plaza.
• Looking for a breast pumping room? Please contact our staff at the main entrance.

• Toverland offers a wide range of catering options, but you are allowed to bring your own food.
• You can use the microwaves (Waldstube and Katara Plaza) (free of charge).

• There are deposit machines at 4 locations in the park.
• Here you can deposit your bottles, cans and deposit cups.
• Choose what you want to do with your deposit.

• You will receive your drinks in reusable cups in our catering industry, due to stricter laws and regulations.
• The deposit is €1.50 per cup.
• Return your cup to the deposit machines after use.
• Choose what you want to do with your deposit.
