Toverland presents new summer show d'Junga

This summer, Theme park Toverland presents a new, adventurous family show in which the Dwervels – the characters from theme area Magische Vallei – take centre stage. The high energy show was given the name d’JUNGA. For the realisation of this show the theme park cooperates with theatre production company Production Pirates.

In d’JUNGA spectators discover the world of the Dwervels together with a human child. Dwervels are magical creatures who live inside the theme area Magische Vallei. Dwervels are shy by nature, but this all changes when a human child arrives. In an attempt to impress the girl, the Dwervels show off their most fantastic skills. It’s going to be a show full of acrobatics and breath-taking stunts, like a trampoline act with a 7 metre jump as highlight.

International co-production

The show is a co-production with Belgian theatre production company Production Pirates. Responsible for directing this show is acrobatic director Lonis Mouhoubi. Six international performers take part in the show and the music is tailor-made by German music production company IMAscore.

Annouk Smeets, Head Entertainment & Events at Toverland, looks forward to this show. “It starts with a distinctive stage in the style of the Magische Vallei, which contains special water effects and pyrotechnics. Then the performers ensure such a visual spectacle, that you don’t know which way to look! It will be a magical experience for the entire family”.

Shows

Summer show d’JUNGA is performed three times a day from Saturday 15 July until Sunday 27 August. During the Midsummer Evenings on Wednesday 19, 26 July and 2, 9, 16, 23 August is Toverland open until 23.00 hours and a fourth show will be performed. View all news messages here
