Winterticket
How do I receive a winter ticket (regular booking and with subscription)?
Regular booking
You will receive a free winter ticket (or at 50% discount) with a booking made before July 1, 2025. You will receive this by mail - 3 days after the end of your overnight stay, after checking out.
Booking with subscription
Have you made a booking at the Pop-Up Summer Camp with your subscription? Then you will receive the free winter ticket (or with 50% discount) through the Magic Member portal.

How does check-in and check-out work, and what are the times?
If you have booked a ToverTent, you can check in from 4:00 PM. For a pitch, check-in is possible from 12:00 PM.
On your departure day, check-out must be done before 11:00 AM. You can visit Toverland theme park starting from 10:00 AM on your arrival day.
At what age is it allowed to stay overnight independently?
You are allowed to stay overnight independently from the age of 15. If you are underage, an adult (18+) must make the booking, but they do not need to be present during your stay.
Do I get free park entry on my birthday?
Yes, you get free park entry on your birthday if you show a valid ID. If you are also staying at the camping, you make a regular booking and will receive the extra cost of your day ticket back in the form of Tovertegoed.
How does check-in and check-out work, and what are the times?
If you have booked a ToverTent, you can check in from 4:00 PM. For a pitch, check-in is possible from 12:00 PM.

Park access
When do you have access to Toverland?
You have unlimited access to Toverland all the days you stay at the Pop-Up Summer Camp. If you stay 1 night, for example, you have access to the park within opening hours on both your arrival and departure days.
Is there a special entrance for camping guests?
If you are staying at Pop-Up Summer Camp, you can use the special entrance near the reception. This allows you to walk into the park via Land van Toos.

- Bed with mattress, cover, duvet and pillow. You do need to bring bed linen (= pillowcase, duvet cover and sheet) with you or rent it.
- Camping lights
- Limited electricity connection, e.g. for charging your phone or camera. Possibility of cooling is not available.
- Picnic table in front of the tent
Can I book extra bed linen and towels?
It is possible to book an extra bed linen and towel package for a comfortable stay.
The bed linen package includes per person: a pillowcase, duvet cover and a fitted sheet. You can book this package and the towel package via the booking process or the link in your confirmation e-mail.

Are there wheelchair facilities?
The sanitary facility is wheelchair accessible. The rest of the campsite is also wheelchair-friendly.
Can you use a BBQ or gourmet?
It is not allowed to BBQ or gourmet (electric) on the campsite.
How can I contact the campsite?
You can email in advance to: camping@toverland.nl, at the Pop-Up Summer Camp you can report to the campsite reception. Their opening hours vary.
If the reception is closed, you will find an emergency number at the campsite.
Can I smoke in the campsite?
Smoking is allowed near your tent or facility, but not elsewhere. This is why the Pop-Up Summer Camp is equipped with a smoking area. You'll find this near the sanitary facilities. The rest of Toverland is also predominantly smoke-free. In the park, we work with 7 smoking zones, spread throughout the park.
