It’s Theme park Toverland’s birthday and here’s a gift for you: a membership pass valid for 18 years

Theme park Toverland has had the honour to blow out 18 candles on Sunday 19 May 2019. And Toverland is giving away a unique gift to celebrate this milestone: a membership pass for the duration of 18 years for five persons. To qualify, Toverland calls upon everybody to share their most magical Toverland-memories with them. Entering this competition is possible until 11 June and the winner of those five passes receives a message on 30 June. The festive hand-over takes place on 6 July. “We wanted to remember 18 years of Toverland together with our visitors”, says Carin van Berkel, Commercial Director. “Every day, for the past 18 years, we do everything we can to deliver magical moments of happiness to our guests. Now that it is our birthday, we cannot think of a better gift than to let our guests tell us about their beautiful moments they’ve experienced during a visit to Toverland. We call upon everybody to share their greatest memories of Toverland with us in the most creative way.” The participant who sends us the most magical memory receives a membership pass for the duration of 18 years as a gift for themselves and four family members or friends.

Judging memories

For the next 18 days, people can send us their memories until Tuesday 11 June 2019. This is possible through Toverland’s social media channels, via email, mail, or via our Guest Service at the park’s main entrance. A jury consisting of staff members and management of Toverland will then choose a top 18 of memories that have been created in the most magical way. Everyone gets a chance to cast their vote from this top 18 from Thursday 20 until Saturday 29 June. The entry with the most votes will be pronounced as the winner of five passes on Sunday 30 June. 18 years of Toverland

Theme park Toverland started in 2001 with a roofed theme area called Land van Toos and welcomed 175,000 visitors that year. Toverland was characterised by its fast growth: various expansions took place and currently the theme park has six themed areas with 35 attractions and shows. Magic is the central theme throughout the park. Last year a record number of 812,000 guests visited Toverland. They gave the theme park a score of 9 out of 10 for guest satisfaction.

A magical future

Toverland’s ambition for the coming years is to break that magical number of 1 million visitors. To achieve this, the theme park has plans to increase the length of stay by opening new expansions and a four-star hotel resort. The future is magical.
